Delete your account

In the app

1. Sign in to CoachAI, in the Android app or at coachai.fit.
2. Open the menu (on a phone, tap ☰ at the top left).
3. Tap Delete account, type your username to confirm, and tap Delete account again.

Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out on every device.

By email

Can't sign in? Email hello@coachai.fit from the address you signed up with, or tell us your username, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and login, including the link to your Google account.
• Your training log: every workout, set, note and summary.
• Your chats with the coach.
• Your plan and the record of your activity in the app.

What we keep

Nothing in CoachAI itself. Cashfree Payments, which handles payments, keeps its own records of any payment you made, under its own policy. Server logs our hosting provider keeps for security are deleted on their normal schedule. Free or paid time left on your plan is lost when the account is deleted. See our privacy policy for more.
